My phone had an issue with the screen dying at around 2:30pm. I knew the shop closed at 3pm, but I called to see if they knew anyone who could fix it after hours. They kindly offered to stay later and fix the phone themselves. Som and Akhil did a great job fixing my phone at short notice and outside their normal hours. I really appreciate the extra effort and would definitely recommend them!

I took my IPhone here to fix, it was done quickly; but unfortunately it had a couple of issues, after I took it back the next day, and after he tried really hard to spot the issue, he offered to put a new screen on, even though he wasn’t able to see the issues I described, the new screen has so far fixed problem, fantastic customer service, Thankyou!

I recently called in to the Ashburton for some help on a samsung Phone charger. (I don't live there) The gentleman spent about 15 to 20 minutes going through tests. He then found it need a special voltage USB connection. I said I probably had one at home. I offered to pay for his time and he said no charge happy to help. I visit Ashburton regularly and this was the second time I had fantastic service and advice. I highly recommend The Phone Hub Ashburton.
